Training for OSP Service Request Portal (4/11/17)
MSU OSP has been in the process of moving to a service request portal, with a planned "Go Live" date of July 1, 2017. This system will be the method for submitting requests for service to our office, such as proposal submissions, agreement review and negotiation, and other services that typically come through our office. We are excited about the transparency this system will provide you as the requestor to have an up-to-date status of where things are in the process and to provide a more streamlined way of communicating with one another.
For those of you interested in attending a training session, we will begin providing these in May. To register for a session:
1.) Go to https://mississippistate.pageuppeople.com/
2.) Enter your MSU NetID and password.
3.) Under the My Community tab, click on Learning Library.
4.) Click on "OSP Request Portal Training" or search for the title in the Search box.
5.) Click on "Select a timeslot" directly below the course detail. Scroll down and select the date/time you would like to attend by clicking the little circle to the left of the date/time. Confirm by clicking "Book".
If you cannot attend the training, do not fret! We will be sending out further instructions closer to July so all will know how to access and use the system. Also, if you are off campus and/or interested in a virtual training session instead, please email Jennifer Easley, and we will coordinate.
